Ordering Policy

Shopping at Mazzarella Car Care has been established to be simple, safe and secure. Mazzarella Car Care values the privacy of every customer and NEVER shares or sells ANY customer information to third parties.

All U.S. and Canadian orders may be placed On-Line using the Mazzarella Car Care secure server, Phoned, or E-mailed to Mazzarella Car Care's home office.

Online Account Registration Policy

Registering on-line makes the shopping experience quick and easy. All billing and shipping information is securely stored on the Mazzarella Car Care servers so that returning customers don't need to enter the information every time they wish to place an order.

Payment Policy

Mazzarella Car Care's Payment policy is to collect payment at the time of order placement.

Mazzarella Car Care accepts Visa, Master Card, and Discover cards.

All products, shipping, and processing costs are charged to the credit card at the time of order processing.

Order Confirmation Policy

All on-line customers will receive a confirmation number at the conclusion of the order process. If an E-mail address is provided at the time of on-line order entry, a confirmation E-mail will be sent to the customer. The confirmation E-mail will include order number, quantity, products ordered, and the total amount to be charged.

Although, it is not required for a customer to provide an E-mail address to place an on-line order, if one is provided, as a courtesy, the customer will ALSO receive E-mail notification from The United States Postal Service containing the tracking number so that they may follow the shipping progress of their order.

Product Availability Policy

Order fulfillment is contingent upon product availability. Periodically, circumstances beyond the control of Mazzarella Car Care affect product availability. In such instances, customers will be contacted for replacement or refund information.

Shipping Policy

All shipping costs are calculated instantly and accurately in accordance with Mazzarella Car Care’s Shipping Cost Policy. A small processing charge is then added to cover the cost of shipping materials and packaging.

All on-line orders are limited to the United States and Canada.

Mazzarella Car Care uses The United States Postal Service for all United States and Canadian shipping orders.

ALL orders are shipped PRIORITY MAIL through USPS.

Mazzarella Car Care strives to process orders as quickly as possible. All orders are immediately processed and MOST orders are shipped within 24 hours.

Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery.

Rush Processing Policy

Same day Rush Processing is contingent on product availability. All orders requesting Rush Processing must be received by PHONE no later then 12:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Municipal, State, or Federal holidays may affect Rush Processing availability. Rush Processing may increase the handling charge.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy

Every product sold by Mazzarella Car Care is guaranteed for quality. If a customer is unsatisfied with the quality of one or more purchased products, he or she may return the product/'s ANYTIME for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping costs.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the customer must return the unused portion of the product with the receipt and a brief explanation for the return and Mazzarella Car Care will refund the customer 100% of the purchased price in accordance with this Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

Mazzarella Car Care honors all requests for order Cancellations received prior to the product shipment.

* All equipment sales are final and fall under the individual manufacturers warranty.

* Some items may be subject to a restocking fee.

International Ordering & Shipping Policy

All on-line orders placed outside the U.S. and Canada are unavailable at this time.

All International Orders must be place directly with the Mazzarella Car Care home office.
