We believe in sharing information and expertise. That's why Mr. Mazzarella hosts, attends, and participates in numerous car club events, auto shows, seminars, and speaking engagements throughout the year.

If you are interested in having him appear at one of your car clubs, auto shows, functions, special occasion, event, cruise, or tour, please contact our Public Affairs Officer, April L. Anselmo with a written proposal containing the following information:

The Purpose of the Special Appearance; Educational, Instructional, Signings, Social?

Type of Event; Profit, Nonprofit, Charity?

Dates and Time of Event?

Length of Time Needed; How Many Hours, or Days? Two Days Max.

What Is Paid For; Food, Lodging, Travel, Parking?

Pictures, Publicity Ads, Media, Etc.?

Type of Security?

Any Additional Information To Assist in our Decision.

Mr. Mazzarella will consider all proposals that are clearly stated, complete, and in good taste.

Any contact to have Mr. Mazzarella appear without a written proposal will not be considered. Those that contact Mr. Mazzarella directly to appear and does not have the information he needs to review to make his decision will not be considered.

Please DO NOT call Mr. Mazzarella to ask him to appear without having a plan of what you want him to do, times and dates involved, etc. Your first meeting should be completely outlined in your proposal of what you will do for him and what you want him to do for you.

Fees -

There is no fee to have Mr. Mazzarella attend your event; although, any travel expenses, including transportation, lodging, and meals the day of appearance will be provided by the Purchaser. All appearances are based on an agreed length of presentation and a one hour question and answer forum (if requested) following the presentation.

Travel Arrangements -

Unless otherwise noted and accepted, the Client is responsible for all travel arrangements, including airfare or other agreed upon travel, car rental and hotel accomodations. Lodging must have internet availability, air conditioning, coffee availability, phone service and a table/desk-work station.

Expenses -

In addition to the above, Client agrees to reimburse First Party for expenses in conjunction with the presentation not already mentioned, including but not limited to taxi, meals and parking.

Changes -

Any changes to the above must be made in writing.

Advertisement(s) -

All publicity, promotion, advertising, and marketing with the express concern of publisizing the event must be agreed upon by the First Party before publication.

Cancellation -

Any cancellation notices must be received in writing. If notice is received within fourteen (14) days of engagement, the entire deposit (if any) is returned to Client. Cancellations initiated by Mazzarella Car Care Systems, LLC or David J. Mazzarella are eligible for full refund of deposit (if any). Mazzarella Car Care Systems, LLC and David J. Mazzarella reserve the right to cancel this contract at any time for reasonable consideration. In the event that Mazzarella Car Care Systems, LLC or David J. Mazzarella cancels this contract, any deposits previously received will be refunded within five (5) business days.
